Welcome to Chaisha. By downloading or using the Chaisha app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chaisha ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Chaisha is a personal finance coaching app that helps you track budgets, manage debt, set savings goals, and receive AI-powered financial guidance. Chaisha does not provide professional financial, legal, or tax advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chaisha. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Data

All financial data you enter (income, expenses, debts, goals) is stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal financial data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Chaisha offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription ("Chaisha Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

6. AI Coaching

Chaisha uses AI to provide financial coaching and insights. AI-generated responses are not a substitute for professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for major financial decisions. Chaisha is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information provided by the App.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within Chaisha are the intellectual property of Chaisha and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaisha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
